Class 1: Comparing rocks
Students of class 1 compared the hardness and the softness of the rocks by a scratch test. They took a piece of rock and scratched it carefully with an icecream stick or the spoon.The one which could be scratched easily was soft as conpared to the one which they could not scratch.
