Christmas celebrations!!

Christmas is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, observed on December 25 as a religious and cultural celebration among billions of people around the world.It was celebrated with religious fervor and gaiety.The day started with inter house activity where the students had to tell about the significance of the tree ornaments not only this they were also given slips to pen down their wish for Santa!! It was a day full of fun and frolic.The students enjoyed the celebration by singing the Charols,sharing their lunch around with friends,eating yummy cakes/muffins altogether.Jingle bell was played by Akshat on Xylophone adding more spark in the celebrations.Thus, making it memorable for all.Merry Christmas!!

Space workshop (Session 3)

TOPIC( Session: 3) - Lift off! (90 MINUTES)

Participants were introduced to the idea of rockets as a space vehicleand how they work! Through a balloon rocket and car,this principle was introduced and demonstrated to them,without actually stating the same. At the end of the session,each child was given Pop Rocket along with the handout.

Mock shop

To incorporate the concept of currency recognition,exchange and reading of price tags,this fun activity was organised in the classroom.Students were given currency randomly and were asked to go and shop as per the currency note/coin.
