Class 2- Petal bar graph

As a part of learning about the petals of flowers,Students made the petal bar graph with the flowers namely yellow bell flower,gulmohar and golden shower flower.Each flower had same number of petals. This activity gave them the idea about different shape,size and number of petals in each flower.No flowers were plucked,all were collected from the ground.

PEC - 8 Ball handling

The physical education card was taken to improve arm and leg strength.This also helps improving balance and coordination of the body.students did this activity with the medicine ball.

Class 1-Litter count

Students were taken to the school ground,where they were asked to collect and sort litter into different groups and were asked to count and estimate the litter found in school. A great way to learn and adapt the value of cleanliness and how important as an individual it is to keep our surrounding clean.
Lastly students filled in the survey based on the litter count and could easily identify the  common litter found in school ground was crisps packets,sweet wrappers and paper plates.















Vocabulary hunt

An inter-house activity -vocabulary hunt was conducted in which students were made to sit house and work in a group setting.Each house was given a set of questions(all subjects) and had to complete it in a specified time. They were given 3 rounds on paper whereas last round was oral known as my pictionary round.
Peer learning not only activates mind but also makes it stay in mind forever.Students enjoyed solving crosswords and pattern based questions.Well done children.

Morning greetings









As a welcome activity was organised for the kids "Morning greetings" for which the  cards were displayed (hello,goodmorning(Bonjour),criss cross hi-fi and spread love(hug) on the door,kids had to choose any 1 card of their choice.
Morning greetings are the perfect way to start a day and also helps to build classroom community and terrific connection with the child.
This activity kept the children excited the whole day as it was a great way for them to adapt different greeting styles.
