Students enjoyed the hands-on activity with the hand towel of changing the shape of materials by bending, twisting, compressing (squashing), and stretching it.
This foundational science concept demonstrates how forces can physically alter everyday objects. They also understood how it was difficult to stretch a hand towel as it is not stretchable.
